Test and evalution study for UV protective textiles certification
【摘要】分别对服饰类和遮阳类防紫外线织物进行模拟实际使用过程的预处理试验,研究织物的防紫外线性能受各种预处理过程和时间的影响。结果发现:不同试样的防紫外线性能耐久性存在差距。总体来说,大多数服饰类织物随着使用时间的增加,性能有所下降,但下降的程度有所不同。因此,服饰类防紫外线织物的使用具有一定时限性,其防紫外线性能的评价应从在全新状态下和经模拟光照、摩擦、洗涤、汗浸等使用过程处理后的性能变化多方面综合考虑;而遮阳类织物的防紫外线性能随着光照试验时间的增加,性能并没有下降,所以重点应评价其在全新状态下的性能或者UV涂层的耐磨损等其他性能。

Abstract: Through the pretreatment which simulate the pratical using process of the apparel fabrics and shading textiles, the influnence of the pretreatment process and time to fabric UV-protective performance is studied.The results showed that the durability of UV-protective performance is different.Generally speaking, most apparel fabric`s performance declined through its use and maintance, but the decline degrees are different. Therefore, the use of UV-protective apparel fabrics has a certain timeliness, and its UV-protective performance evaluation should be taken in the new state and the process that simulated sunlight, friction, washing, wetted with artifical perspiration; the UV-protective performance of shading textiles did not decline with increasing illumination, so the focus should be to evaluate its performance in the new state or UV-protective coating wear-resistance.
