Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry method analysis fluorescent migration from water in popcorn tube
【摘要】本文使用液相色谱串联质谱的方法测试了近期流通领域的爆米花筒中荧光增白剂的种类和含量,本次实验选用VBL、 APC、 SPP、 APH四种荧光增白剂作为目标化合物,以10倍信噪比表示四种荧光增白剂的检出限均小于10 ng/mL,方法的精密度RSD<10%。试验初步证明本次上海地区含荧光增白剂的爆米花筒中添加的荧光增白剂都是APC,可迁移量从0.653mg/kg到23.166mg/kg不等。该方法可以有效分离荧光增白剂,并对其进行定性定量判定。
Abstract: This experiment use liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to test the type and content of the fluorescent substance in the popcorn tube in market. VBL, APC, SPP, APH four fluorescent brighteners was identified as the target compound. 10 times of the signal-to-noise ratio was used to confirm the detection limit, and all fluorescent brighteners’ limit were less than that of 10 ng /m L, the method precision (RSD) <10%. It proved that the fluorescent substances, which added in popcorn tube in Shanghai is APC . The migration from 0.653mg/kg ranged to 23.166mg/kg. The method can be effective separation of the fluorescent substance and easily for qualitative and quantitative judgment.
