电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测试气球中17种元素

The Analysis and Evaluation of 17 Element in Balloon

【摘要】建立了全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定气球中17种可溶性元素的分析方法,确认了元素分析谱线和实验条件,实验证明各元素报出限在0.02—2mg/kg,加标回收率为88.7%—103.2%之间,相对标准偏差RSD均小于3.9%,适于玩具气球的日常检验。本文选用18种气球产品,通过取样后对在模拟消化系统内停留2h条件下溶出限定元素进行了测定,实验表明17种元素在气球中均有检出,部分产品中锌含量接近欧盟2009/48/EC号指令的限量要求,铅含量超过欧盟2009/48/EC号指令的限量要求。通过本次测试发现目前的玩具气球中铅含量和锌含量过高值得关注。另外由于欧盟2009/48/EC号指令规定的17种元素(锑、砷、钡、硼、镉、铬、钴、铜、铅、锰、汞、镍、硒、锶、锡、锌)迁移元素含量过高可能影响人体健康,因此建议制定玩具中可迁移元素检测的安全和方法标准以指导企业生产,最终保护儿童人身安全。

Abstract: The amounts of 17 types of soluble elements in balloon were determined simultaneously by ICP-OES. The preferable experimental conditions were investigated. The detection limit of elements is 0.02—2mg/kg with the recovery of 88.7% —103.2% and RSD within 3.9%. The method is precise, accurate, simple with lower interferences, and can be used for daily analysis of balloon. 18 kinds of balloon have been selected, the concentration of 17 elements restricted by EU Directive 2009/48/EC was tested in these balloon. Content of lead and zinc in some products, close to or exceeds the limit of 2009/48/EC requirements, which maybe cause the loss in export and impact the safety of body.
