Detection of Formamide in Ethylene-vinyl acetate Plastic of Children''s products with Headspace-Chromatograph (NPD)

【摘要】建立了儿童用品乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物（EVA）塑料中甲酰胺的顶空气相色谱（NPD）分析方法。目前儿童用品的标准中都未涉及到甲酰胺检测项目，甲酰胺作为EVA塑料助剂，使用EVA地垫时对儿童安全有一定的风险隐患。该方法定量限为10mg/kg，平均回收率为93.5～101.4%，重复性相对标准偏差3.4～3.9%。该方法易操作、充分利用了氮磷检测器专属性强的特点可以快速准确定量。

Abstract: Established one method for the determination of formamide in Ethylene-vinyl acetate Plastic of Children''s products. Currently the standards of Children’s produces have not included the test items of formamide, as one additive during producing plastic, which have the potential security risks. The Quantitative limit is 10 mg/kg, average recovery between 93.5% and101.4%, RSD are 3.4%, 3.9% respectively. This method has easier operation and faster to test the amount of formamide in sample via the specificity of NPD. .
