Determination of Residual Vinyl Chloride Monomer in Wallpapers by Headspace-gas Chromatography
【摘要】采用固上顶空气相色谱法,对壁纸中氯乙烯单体的残留量进行了测定。采用氯乙烯单体标准溶液作为标准物质,克服了使用气体标准物质操作过程繁琐的缺点,简化了测试过程。使用毛细管柱进行检测,克服了填充柱分辨率不高的缺点,提高了检测的分辨率。并且对气相顶空条件和色谱条件进行了优化,提高了该方法的可操作性、灵敏度和精密度。回归方程为y=22.4363x-0.2185,回归系数r=0.9997,加标回收率在88~100%之间。通过测定壁纸产品取得了良好的效果。
Abstract: An analysis method has been developed for the determination of residual vinyl chloride monomer in wallpapers by headspace-gas chromatography. Vinyl chloride monomer standard solution was prepared as the standard substance to overcome the shortcoming of tedious procedure of using gas standard material, and simplify the testing process. The capillary column was used to avoid the low resolution of packed column and enhance resolution of the analysis method. The optimized experimental conditions of headspace equipment and gas chromatography increased the maneuverability, sensitivity and precision of the method. The regression equation was y=22.4363x-0.2185 (r=0.9997), and the recovery of standard addition was 88~100%. The detection of the wallpapers achieved good results.
