Determination of PAHs in Plastic Toys with GC-MS
【摘要】建立了气相色谱质谱法测定塑料玩具中多环芳烃(PAHs)的检测方法。分别考察了提取溶剂和超声提取时间对不同材质(PP、PVC、PE和ABS)的塑料玩具中多环芳烃总量的影响,以及使用不同固相萃取柱对富集除杂的效果,结果表明:使用正己烷超声提取,C18固相萃取柱富集除杂取得了理想的分析结果。本方法使用选择离子扫描方式,内标法定量,方法检出限:0.02-0.16mg/kg,能够满足欧盟法令对塑料玩具中多环芳烃的限量要求,为塑料玩具中多环芳烃的检测提供方法参考。
Abstract: Established one method to test the 16 PAHs in plastic toys via GC/MS. The impact of the sum of 16 PAHS with different solvent and extraction time were investigated for different material plastic toys, including PP,PVC,PE and ABS. optimized the enrichment condition through different solid-phase extraction column, the result show the optimized condition is ultrasonic extraction with n-hexane, enriched with C18 solid phase extraction column. SIM scan mode was used in this method, quantitative by internal standard, the LOD is 0.02-0.16mg/kg, to meet the EU legislation on toys and children’s products about the limitation of 16 PAHS. Provide one referenced method for 16 PAHs in plastic toys and children’s products.
