On September 22, SQI Institute of Fiber Inspection experts assisted Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision (SMBQTS) to supermarkets in Shanghai for on-spot law enforcement on children’s wearing and provided technical support which showed the profession and efficiency of the enforcement.

On the spot, SQI personnel took use of professional rapid detection equipment to conduct the physical safety performance and color fastness test and found out a 1 suspected substandard products in color fastness. Mr. Shen Yueming, SQI technical professionals introduced that in some products design, the rope (or rope) of the children’s clothes is too long which exists security risks and even may be a threat to the life.
